I’m a naturally skeptical person, sometimes gullible, but utterly critical of things I have little faith in. I never believed in the Easter Bunny, Santee Clause or something called a Tooth Fairy, my parents just never maintained these illusions with me. I guess they thought it was too much work and the truth was easier to deal with, which makes sense, since magicians are SO protective of their secrets I can imagine the effort it takes to KEEP them secrets. With this illusion in place comes great reward for those who can benefit from the sheer entrancement of the oppressed, it seems almost desirable to create illusions everywhere we go. This is my basis for reasoning of how obviously the American Government is oppressing its people through the manipulation of information by the media and the onset of fear that these fabricated stories and misinformation bring. The government and the media work together to oppress and manipulate its people through fear. This fear can come from a story the media plays on the air and the language they use, or don’t use. Employees have little choice in the matter when hierarchy and rank comes into play; these people are made to work and carry out the processes the government puts into place. All in all the government and the media are driven by banks and big business to pay the way for the government’s global agenda. Survival is in the minds of the free.

The manipulation of information by the government to progress their agenda has created a whirlwind of situations that we can’t distinguish from truth or fabrication. We all know the story of the American army harboring and training terrorists, specifically the 9/11 terrorists who hijacked those planes. An article on in the NY times tells about how the Bush Administration not only had prior knowledge of the attacks that were to take place on that fateful Wednesday morning, but the U.S. Military granted the Would-Be hijackers refuge on our own bases around the country and had them listed as alumni as if they were REALLY Americans. These “alumni” would later be identified as the 9/11 terrorists. This situation is NOT unusual behavior for the government to partake in, the misuse, mishandling, and misrepresentation of information is part of their Bigger Plan. There have been situations like the one mentioned in an article from propagandamatrix.com where Paul Joseph Watson stated the FBI reports of, “The White House scripting phony terror alerts to maintain hysteria, upkeep president bush’s approval rating, and milk extra defense money.” This is a criminal offense, as he later states,”….punishable by law….liable for a fine of up to $250,000 and a prison sentence of up to five years.” The aforementioned “scripting” was later downplayed by the media, claiming that the “….alert was a mistake as a result of an informant lying to the FBI…” This lessened the buzz around accusations of foul play in the White House.

Even yet, and still, the government continues to create panic situations to drive up our fear. Take the Flu vaccine scare for example. The media plays with facts like the number of vaccines and the overall effectiveness of the vaccine altogether. An article from 2003 on the Rease.com website has Marjorie Tietjen saying “Some believe and many know that vaccines are most likely the main culprit of the declining health of our nation. Children are receiving more and more shots at [a younger age and also seem] to be getting sicker and sicker with this increase and combination of different shots.”

It does not surprise me that the government would go through so much trouble to advance its agenda. Think about it. Take Jeff Langr for instance; here we have a man who has put in hard work and stayed his course. He created his own business and his own family, manages another employment obligation and writes books. He’s also a homeowner and stockholder, to most it seems he’s got it made, but the truth is quite the contrary. The government makes laws to strip the very fruit of his hard work and earnings and kick him back into the “hole” from which he dug out. Jeff proves my point many times over in the article from strike-the-root-.com called Modern Oppression, “Most people are blissfully unaware that the government thieves half of their 15.3% social security/Medicare burden from their employer….the U.S. government penalizes [those with enough initiative to start our own business] even more when we decide to start hiring employees.” Later he quotes Thomas Jefferson and the declaration of independence, implying that we, as a people, ask for our elected officials to act the way they do towards us, but once “[the powerful corrupt the system to the point where it no longer has the checks and balances we once designed into it, we have the right AND obligation to fight back and throw off the government, and provide new guards for the future. Perhaps it is time]”. As a citizen, I couldn’t agree more.

There are many employees of the government who, willingly or otherwise, conform to and carry out the agenda of further oppressing Americans. Back in 2002, Rhette Pease was arrested repeatedly and convicted on several accounts, labeled as a terrorist. This was all because the back wanted to illegally foreclose on his home, even thought the man had been paying his bills on time and everything. The article is a complaint from Dessie Andrews on commonlaw.faithweb.com, The mortgage company was sending his payments back to him and telling the banks that he was not paying, so this man was harassed and threatened and mistreated by the police and the U.S. Marshalls appointed to the case by a number of corrupt judges, one of which goes by the name of Sam Sparks. The Marshalls arrested Pease with no warrants and the judge convicted him with no evidence. This is obviously unconstitutional and a ravaging of Mr. Pease’s human and civil rights, but despite the evils of the actions, this still happens every day, all across the globe. Just like the state police, The U.S. Military is especially susceptible to this oppression and manipulation to carry out these evil deeds on the government’s itinerary. In an article from The Independent, a news publication in Europe, Legislation from the U.K. makes it an offense to “glorify terrorism”, but the article asks what IS glorification? The vagueness of the description of glorification is with regards to a previous case where there were demonstrators outside of the Danish embassy and the law could do nothing about it. This implies that the government uses situations to create the legislation in order for them to exercise whatever they feel like at whatever the given moment.

Fear is the deciding factor in the government’s ability to persuade and manipulate us to their will. Without the fear of an impending situation, the people have nothing to think about other than their own survival. The media is the vehicle for most of, if not all, the situational examples that grip us with fear and make us give away our intent to survive, will to live, and desire to be free over to the establishment, who then manipulates us to follow their plans, which in the end, as we’ve all already seen, turns out to be mass murder.
